ON BEING: WANTING THIS LIFE

In this class we explore "being," coming from this place of wanting the life that we have. We look at the feeling of the "grass is greener" somewhere else, wanting a different life, different body, different situation, the fear of missing out, and the belief that happiness could be here if only this "______" wasn't here. Then we explore the ideas of presence, reality, a new definition of love, and of committing to the life that we have.
