Should you keep secrets from my spouse

In this episode we talk about why it is important not to keep secrets in your relationship. Now wait, we are not saying tell your mate every little thing! Not at all. What we are saying is that it is important to have a relationship of trust, communication, and understanding. And if we have that there is no need for keeping secrets. Secrets are an indication that somewhere in your relationship there is a deeper issue and the secret is just a byproduct of the underlying issue(s). Or, on the other hand, when we start to keep secrets, no matter how small, they can lead to bigger issues and mushroom into other problems in the relationship.
