"War of the Kingdoms, The Light versus The Darkness" - Part 1

As we look to the Holy Spirit for His wisdom and understanding, one of the most important prophetic realities we must acknowledge is that while wars and rumors of wars continue to accelerate in the earth, there is a much greater battle being waged in the spiritual realm which is being fought over the eternal destinies of every man and woman born since the Garden of Eden.

This fierce combat is being waged between the Kingdom of Light and the Kingdom of Darkness, and depending on which realm mankind chooses to give their allegiance to, will be the determination of where they will spend eternity – either with the King of kings, Lord Jesus the Christ, in Heaven’s home – or with their master Satan in Hell’s abode.

But sadly, many who are operating in the contemporary Church of today, do not realize that this spiritual conflict is an actual war that is going on all around them and therefore they have laid down their weapons and are going through life without their spiritual armor being fitted firmly in place.

In Revelation, Chapter 3, and verse 17, Lord Jesus addressed this spiritual dilemma by describing this “last days” Church as being “blind.”  The Greek word used in that passage is “typhlos.”  It means to be “mentally blind” indicating that while they are looking with their natural sight at things taking place around them, they have become blinded to the spiritual and prophetic realities that are being revealed and fulfilled in the realms of light and darkness, and which are more real than any tangible thing on earth, or that they hold within them the eternal consequences that are hanging in the balance of man’s choice between these two forever kingdoms.

The Holy Spirit is bringing strong conviction (literally meaning to “open eyes to see) upon those who will yield to His wisdom and direction.  For whether they will turn and believe or not – the last days are here – and Jesus comes quickly!
