Scripture reveals to us that in the last days just prior to the Return of Jesus a man of lawlessness also known as the Antichrist will temporarily rule the world in prideful deceit.  He will be empowered by Lucifer who has purposed to take the place of God and will use this agent of darkness as the stepping stone to that purposed goal.  

At his right arm will be another powerful man known as the False Prophet who will compel the world to worship the Antichrist, and who will also aid this false Messiah in his Governmental and Economic control.

In Chapter 17 of the Book of Revelation, John is given a vision of a woman clothed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones.  This harlot as she is called sits upon a beast whom she serves and is supported by for a season.  On her forehead is a name written: “Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots, and of the Abominations of the earth.”  

In our Study, we will offer many supporting facts that strongly point to Roman Catholicism (and the many other false ways she will draw into her) as the Babylon Mystery Religion and the Pontiff who leads her as a very strong candidate for the False Prophet.
