And every time you try to feel confident, that little voice in your head tells you you’re not enough. But here’s the truth: Your body is not the problem. The way you’ve been taught to see your body is the problem. Today, we’re changing that.

✔ Think of three things your body does for you every day—and thank it.

✔ Wear something that makes you feel good—not ‘one day,’ but today.

✔ Walk with your head high, owning your space—not with arrogance, but with quiet confidence.


You do not have to love every inch of your body to love yourself. Confidence is something you grow into.
