In the final episode of our Be a Bucket Filler series, we close with two powerful fruits of the Spirit—meekness and temperance. Galatians 5:22–25 reminds us that these qualities are not signs of weakness or repression, but marks of a Spirit-controlled life.
Meekness is the quiet strength that comes from humility. It's the ability to respond with grace instead of pride, to lead with love instead of force. Temperance, or self-control, is the discipline to say no to the flesh and yes to the Spirit—especially when emotions run high or temptations come knocking.
Together, meekness and temperance empower us to be steady, thoughtful, and caring in our relationships. They help us fill others’ buckets by creating safe spaces, diffusing conflict, and modeling the character of Christ.
Join us as we reflect on what it means to walk in true spiritual maturity and how these final fruits help us pour out God’s love with wisdom, strength, and purpose.
