Register to vote through filling out the voter registration application form found on comelec.gov.ph  
You may complete the remaining steps of the registration by going to the nearest COMELEC office/mall satellites on or before October 31, 2021. Yup, it was extended! Bring your duly filled out and printed application form (3 copies), valid ID, photocopies of your valid ID (2 copies), health declaration form (1 copy) and you're good to go!
