Hi friends! You may have noticed the unexpected hiatus that took place with the release of new episodes. The past 6 months or so have been incredibly difficult, and 26 days ago, with the support of family and friends, I made the decision to leave a relationship that was no longer serving me. Admittedly, despite everything that happened, it's one of the most difficult things I've ever done. In today's episode, I'm talking about it. I've experienced some of the lowest lows and highest highs, and I want you to know if you're going through something similar YOU ARE NOT ALONE and you are so much stronger than you can even begin to imagine.
