Putting up resistance delays progress. When we are able to bring acceptance to whatever arises for us, good or bad it creates space to be with whatever’s arisen, without the penalty attached. You don’t have to like it, just be with it.
It doesn’t mean you have to accept the situation ongoing either, just the moment you’re in.
It’s from this place that we can process what arises for us much more effectively.
