As we close the first series of ‘The Lose Your Mind Podcast’ what a better way to do so than with a meditation!
If you have been part of our journey so far you will know that we have been discussing ‘The Attitudes of Mindfulness.’
Over the past 11 episodes we have been sharing our own thoughts and experience on how by simply being present, without judgement can really start to make huge beneficial changes to our lives.
The attitudes of mindfulness are a great foundation and when bringing our attention to these states of mind they help us cultivate mindfulness.
Meditation is a formal practice of mindfulness and during this final episode we explore all of the attitude’s in this short meditation for you to try as we wrap up series 1!
You need to do nothing except take a seat with no expectation and simply let things be as they are.
Notice how you feel, and if your mind wanders just notice this.
Notice how you can apply the attitudes during this meditation as well as in your life.
