Lonliness

This is a time of year when many people feel lonely, which is why I'm replaying this episode. Holidays can be challenging for those of us who have lost a loved one(s), or are without a partner. And while we might feel sad, we can find ways to enjoy or get through these couple of months, as well as feel hopeful about the coming year. Believe that next year will be better...and take action to make it so!! With desire, willingness, and action...the possibilities are endless. xoxo
