In this two-part podcast, Jared, Chris and Doc share their thoughts and experiences. During first part, Chris and Doc talk about characteristics of both good and bad "leaders". There's real leadership and there are managers. 
In the second part, Jared and Chris talk about the recent SUT class. There are all kinds of lessons and skills taught in the LTAC SUT classes, but our main focus is on giving leadership experience.
