Wolves dominate Pelicans in preseason opener

The Minnesota Timberwolves only won their preseason opener over the New Orleans Pelicans by three points, but the starters and second unit built a lead of over 20 points with an impressive defensive effort and enough offensive punch to pull away. Karl-Anthony Towns and D'Angelo Russell were both fantastic and Leandro Bolmaro made an impressive debut late in the game.
