Why is the Donovan Mitchell trade praised while the Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert trade is panned?

In case you hadn't noticed, the Cleveland Cavaliers are being universally praised for landing Donovan Mitchell in a massive trade, while the Minnesota Timberwolves' acquisition of Rudy Gobert was largely panned.
