POSTCAST: Kirill Kaprizov and Joel Eriksson Ek combine for 6 Goals in 8-7 CRAZY Overtime Win!

The Minnesota Wild picked up a win in the long awaited return to the lineup for Kirill Kaprizov and Joel Eriksson Ek as they beat the San Jose Sharks 8-7 in Overtime at Xcel Energy Center. The Wild started Marc-Andre Fleury in likely his final career start at Xcel Energy Center, and the San Jose Sharks took an early 1-0 lead, before the Wild responded with 2 straight goals from Marcus Johansson and Brock Faber to cap the scoring the first. Macklin Celebrini and Joel Eriksson Ek put on a show in the 2nd, as both players each scored twice, Kirill Kaprizov added a Power Play goal and the game was 5-4 Minnesota after 2. The Sharks kept answering in the 3rd, even after the Wild had built up a 3 goal lead at 7-4 on Joel Eriksson Ek's 3rd and 4th goals of the game. Macklin Celebrini completed his own hat trick, and Will Smith tied the game with under a minute to play in regulation. Kirill Kaprizov scored his second goal of the night to win the game in OT for the Wild, who grab 2 key points. The Wild went 3/4 on the Power Play, and did not commit a penalty themselves. Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 24 of 31 shots and picked up his 70th career Overtime win, which moved him into 1st all time in that category. The Wild play Calgary on the road Friday for their next game.
