Locked on Wild POSTCAST: Penalties Doom Wild in 5-2 Loss to Carolina

The Minnesota Wild fell by a score of 5-2 to Carolina Thursday night. Despite Kirill Kaprizov scoring his 100th career NHL goal, the Wild went to the penalty box far too many times, racking up 24 penalty minutes throughout the night. Matt Boldy scored the other goal for the Wild to cut the deficit to 5-2, but the Wild were unable to get any closer with a 5 minute Power Play with time winding down. Up next the Wild are at the Florida Panthers on Saturday.
