On today's episode of Locked on Wild, we throw some praise toward Filip Gustavsson as he adds another strong start to his recent dominant run. We look at the areas where his game has been strongest, and how he has been able to help the Wild out most when their offense hasn't been able to sustain success. We look at hypothetical scenarios next year and beyond, and give an example from last night's game that shows why Gustavsson has taken such major leaps this year. All in all it is feeling more and more like a stretch of goalie play that is sustainable, and therefore the Wild need to make him a long term priority even with Jesper Wallstedt heating up down in Iowa.
