Inconsistent Pelicans lose to the Jazz in NBA restart opener; Zion plays just 15 minutes and sits during crunch time

The New Orleans Pelicans lost a very winnable game against the Utah Jazz. While the defense struggled, the rebounding was poor, Brandon Ingram did look like an All-Star and Jrue Holiday locked down Donovan Mitchell. But the game was completely overshadowed by Zion Williamson only playing 15 minutes and sitting on the bench down the stretch. Is it simply a minutes restriction?
