With all of the talks around Wisconsin vs Oklahoma State being affected by transfers like Spencer Sanders & Graham Mertz in this upcoming bowl game, who has the upper hand? Although the fact that they will be extremely fired up will be an issue for the Cowboy's, once the emotions run out this should be very comparable to last season entering the Fiesta Bowl vs Notre Dame and it should equal the same thing. a W.
