Anthony Goodlow - Gundy's Oklahoma State over USC, UCLA & TCU Gundy Winning in Transfer Portal

Oklahoma State Football head coach Mike Gundy is not shy about his disdain for the transfer market era of college football. But he's always secretly been very good at it. From players like Tyler Patmon, Michael Hunter, Christian Holmes, Tay Martin, Jaylen Warren & Brandon Weeden to Chad Whitener, Xavier Benson, Tyreek Hill & Josh Sills. Mike Gundy has always been good at finding talent to fill some gaps & add leadership. BUT he doesn't go crazy with it, he doesn't bring in 10-15 transfers because of his deep desire to continue to primarily build from within. With rosters now going from 85 players to 135 players it appears as though Gundy has adapted to the new rising numbers game along with what it's going to take to stay at the top of the new Big XII mountain. Justin Wright, Ladarius Webb Jr., Dalton Cooper, De'Zhaun Stribling & Sean Tyler were all extremely productive, strategically acquired pieces to fill immediate roles.
