Locked On Denver Nuggets - 7.4 - A farewell to Wilson

In this episode, I go over the details of the trade that sent Wilson Chandler and a pair of 2nd round draft picks to Philadelphia. I explore what this means for Denver’s bench, their defense, and their salary cap going forward. I also share some notes from today’s summer league mini-camp practice including the quick study of Thomas Welsh and the surprise dominance of Kenrich Williams. 

Lastly, I talk off of the cuff about Wilson Chandler, a player I have been a fan of for many years. In a sort of send-off type soliloquy, I wonder about the way we consume NBA analysis and ask in what ways it helps us enjoy the game more at the expense of players like Wilson Chandler. Most of all, I share why enjoyed waching him play, even if he wasn’t always perfect.
