Tempe Entertainment District gets first vote

With a 5-2 yes vote, the Arizona Coyotes can now officially enter into negotiations to discuss their Tempe Entertainment District Proposal. The yes vote launches a month's long process that will likely see changes to the project as shown already from an 8-hour long discussion with supporters and members of the opposition.
