Scottsdale Mayor Opposes the Arizona Coyotes Phoenix Arena Plan?

Like Clockwork, an oppositional voice has been raised for the Arizona Coyotes' new arena plan in Phoenix. Once again, the opposition comes from another city. Much like how Phoenix / Sky Harbor opposed the former Tempe Entertainment District Plan, Scottsdale Mayor David Ortega has voiced his concern about the Phoenix arena plan.
