Arizona Coyotes Countersue Phoenix

Just one week after the City of Phoenix launched a lawsuit against Tempe in an effort to block major elements of the proposed "Tempe Entertainment District," the Arizona Coyotes' developer launches a countersuit!

The countersuit, filed by Bluebird Development LLC, claims the City of Phoenix is "knowingly and intentionally interfering with its business" and seeks damages worth $2.3 Billion.
