Orlando Magic fans know Game 4 of the 2009 Finals and look back on it with regret. The Dwight Howard missed free throws. The Hedo Turkoglu missed free throws we forgot. Jameer Nelson allowing Derek Fisher to hit a three. So many things went so wrong and put the team in a devastating 3-1 hole, sucking all the fun out of one of the most beloved teams in franchise history.
It is time to rip the bandaid off. I recently re-watched Game 4 (for the first time!) and share my thoughts on what went wrong, who is really to blame for the end-of-regulation debacle and whether it would have even mattered.
