The Calgary Flames have the most cap space in the NHL. Craig Conroy let everyone know he is open to taking on bad contracts. Will the Oilers make a call about Evander Kane or Cody Ceci? Does Columbus take a swing for Elvis Merzļikins?  Does Conroy mean as a third team or as the main piece? Could he snag a couple of firsts for Trouba? It makes so much sense for the Flames to take on these contracts for the sake of draft capital.
