The NBA has officially announced their rules for their inaugural in-season tournament. It will take place in November and December. The LA Clippers had their group announced along with the rest of the league and it features some fierce competition. The Dallas Mavericks, New Orleans Pelicans, Houston Rockets, and NBA champion Denver Nuggets join them in the group. How does it work? What does that even mean?
