Trail Blazers Trade For Jerami Grant and they aren't done dealing

The Portland Trail Blazers acquired Jerami Grant from the Detroit Pistons in exchange for a 2025 first round pick and three second rounders the day before the NBA draft.

The deal on its face looks like a good. one for Portland as the Blazers didn't have to give up their first round pick in the 2022 draft and still landed their long rumored target.

Grant, who is entering the final year of his contract eligible for an extension this summer, brings the length, defensive acumen and shooting the Blazers have desperately needed at the forward spots. It's a huge win for the Blazers who aren't done dealing yet.

Portland is still reportedly pursuing Raptors forward OG Anunoby for a package centered around the No. 7 pick in the NBA draft. The Blazers were always likely to take a big swing this offseason and so far it's looking like a home run attempt with chance for one of the best offseasons in franchise history.
