Longtime Portland Trail Blazers video coordinator John Ross spent 15 years working for the team and joins the show to share his insights into how the franchise prepares for the NBA draft and what goes into scouting prospects.

John worked with the team from 2008 to 2022 working with five different GMs and has a wealth of knowledge of how the Blazers prepare for the draft from day one up through draft night. He shares a story about Damian Lillard's legendary draft workout, scouting Nic Batum before he was on most team's radar and what it was like in the Blazers draft room when Nassir Little was slipping down the board on draft night.
