Aug. 22: ESPN picks Portland as No. 7 in the West

It's that time of year where large news organizations roll out their preseason rankings and predictions. The good folks at ESPN did exactly that and they have pegged the Blazers to finish seventh in the West. Is that fair? Is anything fair? Is life inherently cruel?
