The second Big Ten game of the 2022 football season also brought the second collapse for a Big Ten team. The Purdue Boilermakers fumbled away the finish to the first half against Penn State, and then gave the Nittany Lions the ball back in the last minutes and allowed Sean Clifford to march his offense down the field for a score and the win in West Lafayette. Just after the game went final, Matt Sheehan and Nate Dickinson hopped on the podcast to talk about the game and what the result means for both teams on Locked On Big 10.
Later, Matt, Nate and Jacob Rude preview the Friday slate of games around the conference. Indiana plays Illinois in an opportunity for each team to get an early win in the Big Ten, while Michigan State hopes to start another strong season with an in-state matchup against Western Michigan. Nate gets the analysis and picks from the two for the weekend on the show. Part of the Locked On Podcast Network.
