The Nebraska Cornhuskers went into the first game of the season looking to set the tone for a successful 2022. With plenty of returning talent and expectations higher than normal for a team that went 3-9 the season before, Scott Frost hoped he could start off Season No. 5 in Lincoln with a win in Ireland. Instead, the Cornhuskers lost multiple leads and ended up falling to the Wildcats, 31-28. What happened to a Nebraska team that was supposed to be noticeably better than Northwestern, and what happens now?
