The Big Ten football landscape is changing as the offseason goes on, and two of the biggest dominos went down earlier this week when Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud declared for the NFL Draft and Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh announced he would return to the Michigan Wolverines for another season. As the dust settles on the changes, Nate Dickinson answers some of the questions surrounding the future of Michigan and the legacy of the former Ohio State quarterback.

How will Ohio State fans remember CJ Stroud? He holds many Ohio State records and appears in the Top 2 of just about every major passing statistic in Buckeyes history. He has all the numbers to suggest that he's the best quarterback in the history of the school, but he doesn't have a win over Michigan or a National Championship. Nate weighs the pros and cons behind a complicated collegiate career.

Jim Harbaugh put Michigan fans on a roller coaster for the second straight season, with reports indicating once again that he had flirted with NFL teams. As Michigan survives another start of the offseason coaching carousel, Nate looks at the future stability of the job in Ann Arbor. Locked On Big 10 -- part of the Locked On Podcast Network.
