In this podcast, Lizzie chats openly to Ellen Bradley-Cheung, who is a Comedian, Yogi Instructor, soon to be published author and Hilarapys' in-person Course Assistant Facilitator. Ellen started doing comedy at 50 and continues to write and perform comedy, music and sketches and enjoys sharing her humour with the world.  

She brings her big heart to the work she does with Hilarapy and uses her lived experience with depression and alcoholism to support students on their path to healing with humour.
