S4 Ep 84 - Road to Gold Coast Half Marathon Series - Butcher, O'Donnell & Jones

Today in Season 2 Episode 83, I continue to the road gold coast half series with Stephen Butcher from the BTTC and Nerissa O’Donnell from the BERT squad, both in Brisbane. The last two weeks have been pretty interesting, I’ve been nursing a fairly significant virus and Stephen and Nerissa have continued some fantastic training. Today’s episode as part of the series marks the final conversations before the event itself. We record exactly 6 days out from the event, as per usual covering running news, recapping out training weeks and then finish with revisiting our race goals and discussing our specific race plans. In term’s of the episode’s running news we will chat about around Cam Myers recent sub 3:30 in the 1500m and Faith Kipyegon’s sub 4 minute mile attempt.
