S2 Ep 31 - Matthew Hansen

Today in season 2, episode 2, I interview Brisbane runner, Matthew Hansen. Hanso, as he is known in running circles is the youngest guest I've had on the podcast, but it certainly didn't seem that way. Having run at a high level for almost 5 years now, Hanso speaks of the sport as if he's been in it for 20. Having learnt a lot from Border Striders at a young age and the BERT squad in his later years of high school amongst other influences, Hanso is very well versed as a runner and scholar in the sport of running. Now in America at the University of New Orleans, the 18 year old is setting out to make tracks in the 3 to 10k events, both indoors and cross country. For those who know Hanso, he's a bit of a character off the track too, so it was a very interesting, yet entertaining conversation about his ups and downs in running.
