Although a man who has put down some very respectful times on the road, it’s his endurance both physically and mentally that makes him unique in the local running community. Not shy to wake up at 3am to fit in his 50+km runs, Dan’s training regime is one to truly admire. His running achievements include making the Australian team for the 24 hour running championships in 2019 and he has held 5 different Australian age group records in ultra-running. Additionally, he is a two-time winner of the young ultra runner of the year award. His 24 hour distance PB is a whopping 237kms, which is an impressive 6:00 per km pace for this time.
