Episode 18 - Jack Anstey

Jack is the third Aussie to come on to the podcast who has head over to run in America in some form, in addition to previous guests Adam Fogg and Ky Robinson. Jack delves into his unique upbringing in Alice Springs in the Northern Territory of Australia and his move to Toowoomba, QLD for his high schooling. He goes on to discuss his experience in the American College system and now his professional running career with under armour. Jack is a young 3:36 and 4:55 1500m and mile runner respectively, so is no doubt one of the Aussies to watch over the next several years.
