Episode 15 - Adam Fogg

Foggy as he is colloquially known in running circles, was born in England and moved to Australia in his early years. He credits the Australian education system as to why he started the sport in the first place, claiming if it wasn’t for the compulsory participation of school children in cross country events around the country, he may have never found his current passion. Foggy started to make representative teams late in primary school, which he continued to do in high school, eventually graduating from Redlands College. Foggy initially trained with the BERT squad in Brisbane and various coaches post school, but shortly after moved over to America to pursue his running career. He is now a 3:37min 1500m runner who has signed with Under Armour, and trains with an elite squad over in America. So, tune in to hear from a local legend who as an adult, has been involved in Australian, English and American running in the short span of five years.
