Today’s guest is still a gorilla… and by that, we mean he is still an absolute pillar and creative force in the world of rock and roll music nearly 35 years into his career. We’re talking to Chris Barron of Spin Doctors on Season 02, Episode 33 of “Load-In Through the Back”!

Their iconic debut record “Pocketful of Kryptonite” is RIAA certified 5x platinum, and features the massive radio hits “Two Princes” and “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong.” The band’s first new album in over a decade, “Face Full of Cake” was released last month to popular and critical acclaim. It is now streaming wherever you consume music. 

Chris joins us to talk about writing the latest record in Vermont at the home of Phish’s Mike Gordon, vocal paralysis, how to wedge a drum kit into a city cab, and so much more.
