Sixpence None the Richer

Today’s guest joins us from the back lounge of a moving tour bus (talk about committing to the bit, right?) to discuss her esteemed career as the singer, songwriter, and frontwoman behind one of the most well-known bands of the 1990s. We’re talking to Leigh Nash of Sixpence None the Richer!

Formed in 1992 alongside songwriter guitarist Matt Slocum, Sixpence rose to national prominence following their 1997 self-titled major label debut. “Kiss Me” charted globally in 1999 and is now a member of the elite “Billion Listens” club on Spotify. 

Leigh joins us to talk about performing alongside her husband Stephen Wilson Jr., the new “Rosemary Hill” EP, life beyond a hit song, her hidden talents, and much more. 

Sixpence None the Richer are touring all summer long alongside friends of the show Toad the Wet Sprocket, as well as the Jayhawks and KT Tunstall.
