Greetings everyone

I pray you are managing to keep yourself safe, as the government and the media, focus on stirring up racial conflict in the country. 

So, in the face of this, how’s your best life plan coming along?      What actions have you been taking, to try and move your plan forward?  If you managed to log onto my FB live on 13/06/2020, I was able to give you a few pointers about how you can begin to make a start on your Plan B and Plan C to overcome Plan A, which is to be wedded to the job, living with resignation or even fear, that this is all your life will ever be.  If you missed the live video, you can go back and watch it.  You’ll find the video pinned to the top of my Living Your Best Life in Afrika Facebook page.

So, in continuation of my commitment to provide as much support as I possibly can - this week I’m looking at the top 5 books that helped me … on my path to financial independence.   

But why is this important, you might ask?  This information is important because it will help to set the tone for the kind of understanding that we have, so we will be patient with ourselves as we try to fumble our way through with this stuff.  Changing thoughts and habits of a lifetime is not easy, but having some understanding of why we think and act in the economic way that we do, will buy us some understanding and kindness for ourselves as we work our way through our commitment to change.
