Greetings and welcome to Episode 7 of the podcast.

In this week’s show I talk about how I turned adversity into one of the best opportunities I have ever given myself, to turn a traumatic experience into a full-blown positive and life-changing adventure!

When you speak to people, or you’re a voyeur into their lives - sometimes it feels like everyone’s life is going places … but yours feels like its stuck on stupid.

Your life not only feels like it’s just not going anywhere, but at times it feels like your life is going backwards!

At the time I wrote this, my life was going nowhere, living with the effects of being stuck in a job where I had been racially abused every day for four years.

For years after, I used to go home sad every day because I felt trapped and felt there was nothing I could do to change the situation I was in! I definitely wasn’t living my best life!

That was until, I found a way to stop being sad and to start getting even!

This podcast talks about my journey out of this situation … and a few other things too!
