Greetings Everyone

Welcome to Episode 3 of the podcast.

I hope you had a great week!

I diverted from my podcast theme a little last week, because I felt it was important to explore the impact of the Ethiopian Airways plane crash and the possible impact this would have on people’s emotions and feelings about travelling to Afrika. 

That done - this week, I want to build on some of the themes I touched on in Episode 1 – and begin to look at exploring what our dream life looks like and the top ten things that will help us to keep our dreams intact. 

One of the key reasons why we convince ourselves that it is so difficult to achieve our dreams now, is because we don’t have time to dream in a way that makes our dreams realistic and achievable.  We tend to dream at stressful times!  At times, when we are facing a crisis of confidence in our personal or work lives – a crisis that makes us just want to pick up ourselves and just go!

I propose instead, that our dreams should be more than just crisis responses.  That we should respect our dreams enough to give them the time required to explore them fully with a view to achieving them.

With this in mind, I focus on my top ten things we can do to make our dreams more realistic and more likely to be achieved.  

I’ve included a freebie download to help you plot your dreams.  The template will help to centre your thoughts on what your dreams should look line and your thoughts about what you need to focus on to achieve your dreams.
