When we think of healthy lifestyles and aging, it’s easy to think we need to focus on our diet and food choices. While those are important, they might not be the most important focus for optimal, or even moderate, vitality and wellness.

Today, I’m joined by Amy White, a functional, holistic nutritionist who approaches women’s health and wellness through body & life balance. Amy teaches that food is information and that most body imbalance is due to a simple communication issue. Amy’s nutrition background combined with her training as a life coach is how she helps her clients achieve and maintain the healthiest version of themselves at any age. And here’s a hint, food choices are a lot farther down the process than you might imagine.
