There are many effective modalities to heal and find health. In an effort to find a way to feel better, I kind of stumbled on one called EFT, more commonly known as tapping.

A lot of things have changed my wellbeing for the better, but none more so than tapping. Natural, effective and totally free, it's a real game changer for anxiety, stress, sleep issues, and chronic physical ailments. This doesn't take the place of getting real medical help when needed, but it sure has been a great way to find freedom from some of my lesser, persistent ailments.
