   Summary   Christian communities are the product of the Holy Spirit. They are led and empowered by the Holy Spirit. The one question that church leaders should never ask the congregations that they serve is, “What do you want to do?” The one question (OK maybe two) that church leaders should ask the congregations that they serve is, “What is the Holy Spirit calling us as a congregation to do, and how have we been gifted to do it?”
