90 Something Pure

Summary:     Soap and water make us pure. The cross where Jesus, like soap, uses himself up to make all who receive the gift of faith pure before God, and baptism where water and the Word purify as the means with faith by which God frees us from sin, death and the power of all the forces that defy God.
