Mick has written a novel based on his own personal lived experience - a life story that could have had a very tragic end, a story about family, parents, abduction, pain, fear and the uphill climb to regain connection with a child taken from the home.  Mick shares his backstory with us, the impetus for his novel and why he wrote this.  We talk parenting, our love for our kids, the legal system, separation and share the immense uncertainty of being separated from your child.
