D. Paul Fleming is a 100% Disabled US Navy veteran who began his service to his country when he was seventeen years old. He became a leading Veterans advocatehelping fellow Vets navigate the VA and life post military service. He has worked with political leaders, senior VA leadership as well as the Secretaryof the Veterans Affairs on behalf of all our Nations Veterans.
